Over the years, Marc has served both large international corporations and smaller companies in relation to cartels and other alleged antitrust violations; merger clearances and post-merger litigation cases; and various regulatory matters.

Marc has already successfully assisted clients in elaborating pre-litigation strategies, anticipating and carrying out the multi-jurisdictional (EMEA) aspects of numerous corporate transactions, but also in relation to various regulatory matters (environment, REACH, etc.).

Assisting European trade association in its legal efforts against a national legislation forcing energy market operators to conclude their energy deals exclusively through the platform of a State-sponsored monopoly.

Antitrust / semiconductors

Advised leading manufacturer of semiconductor materials on the antitrust aspects of a worldwide technology transfer agreement involving the licensing of standard essential patents (SEPs)

EU funds / semiconductors

Assisted leading manufacturer of semiconductor materials in securing an € 8 million EU grant in the context of the Horizon 2020 programme.
